Stay ahead of your scan quota

The Team section of the dashboard now shows a live usage meter for how many scans your organization has used this month — a progress bar against your plan limit. From 80 % onward, a subtle heads-up banner with a direct upgrade link appears as well.

So nobody gets caught off guard, we also send transactional emails to the billing contact at 80 %, 90 % and 100 % of the monthly scan quota.

Importantly: your QR codes always keep working. Even at the limit, scans are never blocked — already-printed codes keep redirecting reliably. The warning is a friendly upgrade nudge, not a hard stop.
