1 Scans are always recorded and never blocked. You get an e-mail at 80, 90 and 100 % of the monthly quota.
At any other limit, the request that would exceed it is refused. Existing codes, passports and scans keep working.
Enterprise with individual limits from €800 per month on request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts.
What happens when I reach my scan limit?
Your QR codes keep working and every scan is still counted, nothing is blocked. We e-mail you at 80, 90 and 100 % of your monthly scan quota so you can upgrade in time.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Contact us for individual Enterprise enquiries. The currently published scope does not include additional Enterprise services.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit via Stripe. Invoices available on request.
Is the EU Digital Product Passport (battery + textile) included?
Yes. DPPs for battery and textile, including the live EU compliance validator (AGEC, ESPR) and simulator, are part of every plan. Free includes 3 DPPs to test the workflow, without document storage. Paid plans start at 50 DPPs on Pro and add document storage and larger CSV/XLSX imports per file.
Which DPP categories are supported?
Today: battery (EU 2023/1542) and textile (Loi AGEC + ESPR opt-in). The live validator checks the AGEC origin chain, the microplastics rule, REACH SVHC, and greenwashing — errors are visible before you save.
